U.S. Marines and sailors with Task Force Koa Moana bargain with local shop owners in Lima, Peru, Sept. 4, 2016. Task Force Koa Moana is in Peru as part of a theater security cooperation engagement to integrate and improve interoperability with Peruvian Marines.
