U.S. Marines assigned with 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade, III Marine Expeditionary Force, off-load equipment from USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo docked in Gwangyang, South Korea, March 10, 2014, in preparation for exercise Ssang Yong, this will take place in Pohang, South Korea. Ssang Yong 14 is an annual combined exercise conducted by Marine and Navy Forces with the Republic of Korea (ROK) in order to strengthen our interoperability and working relationships across the range of military operations from disaster relief, to complex expeditionary operations.
