U.S. Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 171 and Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 232 conduct an expeditionary refuel of an F/A-18C Hornet with VMFA-232 at Clark Air Base, Philippines, April 3, 2019 during Exercise Balikatan. Balikatan is an annual exercise between the U.S. and the Philippines and comes from a Tagalog phrase meaning "shoulder-to-shoulder," representing the partnership between the two countries.
