U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Erich Weber, with Construction Diving Detachment Charlie (CDDC), Underwater Construction Team 2, inspects heavy mooring chain off the coast of Wake Island on July 25, 2018. CDDC completed emergent repairs to Wake Island's off-shore fuel delivery system after heavy seas disconnected one of the fleet mooring buoys. CDDC is on the first stop of their six month deployment where they are providing construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance of coastal and ocean facilities in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
