U.S. Navy Machinery Repairman Fireman Angelo Principe uses a die to cut threads into a zinc plug aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) Jan. 25, 2013, in the East China Sea. The Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group, on deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations, was scheduled to take part in amphibious integration training, a certification exercise and exercise Cobra Gold. Cobra Gold is a regularly scheduled joint/combined exercise designed to ensure regional peace and strengthen the ability of the Royal Thai Armed Forces to defend Thailand or respond to regional contingencies.
