U.S. service members with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) drape a U.S. flag over a disinterred casket with the remains of an unknown service member from the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii, Nov. 21, 2016.
