U.S. Soldiers from the South Carolina National Guard’s Army Aviation Support Facility at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, prepare to conduct rescue and support operations, during a statewide flood response, Oct. 5, 2015. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
