Vittorio Roces, left, talks with U.S. Marine Majs. Jason Johnson and Grace Janosek about the medical supply donations being made at the Bigaa Health Center May 5 in Bigaa, Albay province, Philippines. The donations were a part of the humanitarian civil assistance programs being completed during Exercise Balikatan, an annual bilateral training exercise between the Philippine and U.S. forces to strengthen the relationship between the two allied nations.
