Washington Air National Guardsmen from the 194th Wing

Washington Air National Guardsmen from the 194th Wing begin their mobilization process June 2, 2020 on Camp Murray, Wash., to respond to civil unrest throughout the greater Seattle area. The Seattle Mayor and Chief of Police requested the National Guard's assistance through the Governor's office and the 194th Wing Air Guardsmen will serve in a support role to local law enforcement. The mission of the 194th Guardsmen will be to protect their community, preserve the rights of peaceful protesters in the area and deter those seeking to use these protests as cover for criminal activity.
