Wisconsin Guard soldiers have strong showing at Best Warrior contest

Wisconsin Army National Guard soldiers Spc. Brandon Byrne and Sgt. Edward Schmitt pause for a breather and a quick bite to eat following a five-hour, seven-point land navigation event July 24 as part of the Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition at Camp Robinson, Ark. Precipitation combined with perspiration to drench Byrne and Schmitt during the course. Byrne found six of seven points, and Schmitt found all seven.
