A memorial service honoring the life of 1st Lt. Scott

A memorial service honoring the life of 1st Lt. Scott J. Fleming took place at Patrol Base Jaker, Afghanistan, Sept. 25. Fleming died supporting combat operations Sept. 17. Fleming is survived by his wife and parents.

The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service.
