Robbins took the initiative to mitigate  his property by building a bulk head wall to protect his property from storm surge. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
