Two Belgian soldiers, one is working on the .50 Cal machine gun, sit on top of a M113A3 Armored Personnel Carrier with IFOR markings that is parked on a road leading to Kiseljak, Bosnia-Herzegovina. The M113A3 is parked behind a "men working" sign. A Belgian Army Bombardier lltis (4x4) 500 kg Light vehicle with IFOR markings is parked immediately behind the M113A3. The Belgians are in Bosnia to participate in Operation Joint Endeavor, which is a peacekeeping effort by a multinational Implementation Force (IFOR), comprised of NATO and non-NATO military forces, deployed to Bosnia in support of Dayton Peace Accords

The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
