This is a long shot of the T55 Russian Tank that was being destroyed in the field artillery area of operation on Camp Dobol, Bosnia, during Operation JOINT GUARD. On December 20, 1996, the Implementation Force (IFOR) mission came to a conclusion and the 1ST Infantry Division was selected to continue serving in Bosnia as part of the new Stabilization Force (SFOR). This decision brought to close the peace mission of Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR and has been the beginning for the current operation known as Operation JOINT GUARD. A Royal Netherlands Army (Dutch/Holland) YRP-765 Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) to an SFOR marked flat bed trailer unit in preparation to haul the APC from Camp Dobol, Bosnia-Herzegovina, back to the Dutch sector.
