Flooding - Cedar Rapids, Iowa, November 21, 2009 -- Clayton Ready (l) and Shea Henry, both Volunteer in Service to America workers do 'prep' work for wall finishing in this home in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Ready and Henry are among some 200 volunteers that remain in this North Central Iowa city assisting survivors of Iowa's 2008 flood disaster.
