A digital sign in front of the Navy Exchange broadcasts the base readiness condition as tropical storm Ernesto passes by U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, on Aug. 28, 2006. At its closest point, the center of the storm passed as close as 20 nautical miles to the west of the station. The Outrider 50, a U.S. Navy UH-3H Sea King helicopter, also known as"Kekaha Town,"lands for the final time at the Pacific Air Museum, Ford Island, Hawaii, on Aug. 28, 2006. The helicopter is one of three aircraft being decommissioned from the Pacific Missile Range Facility on Kuaui, Hawaii.
