US Air Force Pararescuemen from the 129th Air Rescue Wing, Moffett Field, Mountain View, California, provided initial medical response along with Commandos of the Fuerza Aerea de Chile while the 146th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron of Channel Islands, CA, and ERSAM - the air evac unit of the Chilean Air Force - provided aeromedical evacuation. This mission is in direct support of Exercise CHILE TCA 2000
