US Sailors and Marines climb onto a Light Amphibious Reconnaissance Craft (LARC) from a 1600 Class Utility Landing Craft (LCU) loaded with medical vehicles and supplies during Exercise COOPERATION FROM THE SEA '96, near Vladivostok, Russia.
