Weather forecaster, STAFF SGT. Tom Cardinal of Det. 2, 617th Weather Squadron, Hanau, Germany, prepares an electronic weather bulletin for The Tuzla, Bosnia area. Using a secure data line STAFF SGT. Cardinal will notify all flying units in the Tuzla area to brief pilots before flying the day's mission. The bulletins will also go to Offutt AFB, Nebraska for use by all Air Force agencies world wide. STAFF SGT.
