Bolcar, Commander of Amphibious Squadron 2; and Marine Corps Colonel Kenneth J. Glueck, Commanding Officer of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (SOC), sign documents at Topel, Turkey, turning over earthquake relief assets to Turkey. Bolcar and Glueck released the items to Urbancic who then transferred them on behalf of the U.S. government. The Kearsarge Amphibious Readiness Group sailed out of the Sea of Marmara to resume its patrol duties in the Mediterranean

The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
