U.S. Navy Aviation Machinist's Mate 3rd Class Cesar Rios repairs a main rotor spindle of an SH-60 Seahawk helicopter onboard the Aircraft Carrier USS KITTY HAWK (CV 63) on Aug. 21, 2006. The main rotor spindle prevents the blade from flapping during flight.
