Warwick, R.I., Nov. 29, 2012 -- Karen Mills, Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, met with FEMA Federal Coordinating Officer Nick Russo at the Joint Field Office in Warwick, R.I., on November 29.  Earlier in the day in Narragansett, Mills toured The Coast Guard House Restaurant which was heavily damaged by Hurricane Sandy.  She met with the business owner and local officials and then gave a press conference to publicize the SBA's disaster loan assistance program.
