The money was confiscated from three Iraqi suspects when they failed to give the right of way to a Delta Company US military convoy patrol. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
