New York City, N.Y., Jan. 2, 2013 -- Over 30 members of the New York National Guard walked door-to-door in New York to assist the survivors of Hurricane Sandy. The objects in this collection are from The U.S. National Archives and Defense Visual Information Distribution Service. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
