A cultural tea ceremony was held for members of the U.S. Army, participating in the bilateral training exercise known as Yama Sakura 63 held in Sendai, Japan. The soldiers learned the history behind the ceremony, watched a demonstration by Middle Army Member Yoko Kono and had the opportunity to take part in the ceremony by turning their cup, taking a sip and enjoying their freshly prepared green tea.
