STAFF SGT. Randy Troutman, a member of the 53rd Fighter Squadron, 52nd Fighter Wing, Spangdahlem AB, Germany, performs a basic postflight inspection on the engines of an F-15 Eagle. The three week exercise began 26 Aug 1995 and tested the effectiveness of both Danish and American air defenses.
