Yorktown, Va. (April 27) -- Seaman Apprentice Celest A. Torres fakes out a mooring line on deck while waiting instructions to tie up the Coast Guard Cutter William Tate (WLM 560) at Coast Guard Reserve Training Center Yorktown. The 175-foot buoy tender, homeported in Philadelphia, participated in Coast Guard Missions Day, which allowed staff level employees of the U.S. Congress and administration a first-hand look at Coast Guard missions.
