Pennsylvania National Guard Soldiers and rescuers with the Pa. Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (PA-HART) leave McEntire Joint National Guard Base, Eastover, S.C., to go to Charleston, S.C., in preparation to support and safeguard the citizens of the state in advance of Hurricane Florence, September 14, 2018.
