A US Air Force (USAF) EC-130E Command Solo aircraft Number 63-7828 from the 193rd Special Operations Wing (SOW), Pennsylvania Air National Guard (ANG) is marshaled on the flight line at Middletown, Pennsylvania (PA). The Command Solo aircraft is being decommissioned after having acquired the highest number of flying hours in the fleet and will surpass 28,000 flying hours on its final flight.
