Joss spoke to an audience of over 150 HUD employees, many of them veterans. "The previous generations of Soldiers have blazed the trail for us," Joss said. "The path I had as an infantryman was well-defined because the people before me had made the sacrifice. They made us better and smarter Soldiers."
