The crew aboard a US Army (USA) M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank (MBT) prepares to engage the enemy at the Twin Bridges Training Grounds, during the combined Exercises Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration/Foal Eagle 2002 (RSOI/FE 02). RSOI is an annual combined/Joint Command Post Exercise held by Combined Forces Command, Republic of Korea and US Forces Commanders to train and evaluate command capabilities to receive US forces from bases outside of Korea. Foal Eagle is a Counter Infiltration Field Training Exercise. 2002 marks the first time that the two major exercises have been conducted simultaneously
