Tinsley, A N - 4th (Clinch's) Cavalry

US Air Force (USAF) Colonel (COL) Thomas Tinsley, Commander, 1ST Operations Group (OG), pilots the USAF F/A-22A Raptor fighter, and USAF Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Dirk Smith, Commander, 94th Fighter Squadron (FS), piloting the USAF F-15 Eagle fighter, fly in formation during a training sortie over the Atlantic Ocean. The 27th FS currently has five permanently assigned Raptors. This sortie marked the "Fini" (final) flight of USAF COL Tinsley as Langley's Operation Group commander
