170910-N-BV658-052 PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 10, 2017) A U.S. Coast Guard member climbs down a ladder to embark an 11-meter rigid-hull inflatable boat in preparation for boarding and inspecting commercial fishing vessels as part of the Coast Guard’s efforts to combat illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing in the Pacific during an Oceania Maritime Security Initiative (OMSI) boarding mission.
