A returning warrior (left) offers feedback on the deployment process to retired Lt. Cmdr. Chip Lutz during a session of Returning Warrior Workshop called “Improving the Process,” June 1. This was the second time the RWW was held in Sacramento since the program was first launched in 2006. The workshop is funded by the Department of Defense’s Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program and is heralded as one of the most effective and successful reintegration programs for demobilized military members.
