A Texas flag is draped proudly in front of a house in Lumberton, Texas, in the aftermath and amidst the devastation spurring from the torrential flooding from Hurricane Harvey on Sept. 11.
Soldiers assigned to Task Force Aleutian's Damage Assessment Team, a component of Task Force Arkansas, went out into the recently flooded community of Lumberton to report the estimated damage to every single house, within their area of operations, to their higher command.
