Summary
A U.S. Air Force student utilizes the zipline tower to simulate a parachute water landing during the Water Survival Course at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla., Sept. 13, 2011. The three-day course consists of classroom academics, zipline and canopy training at a dock near the training facility, and open ocean drag and drop, parasailing, and raft training. The mission of the USAF Water Survival instructors is "to prepare aircrew through realistic training to survive a bailout or ejection at sea." (Photo by Staff Sgt. Jonathan Lovelady)
