A U.S. Army Soldier, from the 982nd Combat Camera Company (Airborne), fires a pistol at a target during the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course, Okeechobee, Fla., Jan. 29, 2016. TCCC is a two-day certification course taught by former U.S. Special Forces. It is designed for non-medical military personnel, and includes advanced first responder skills appropriate for Soldiers equipped with only an individual first aid kit.
