Summary

Afghan and coalition security force members maneuver through Pul-e Alam district during an operation in Logar province, Feb. 27, 2013. The operation led to the arrest of a Haqqani high-profile attack facilitator and two other insurgents that were responsible for transporting and facilitating lethal aid in multiple provinces across Afghanistan. The facilitator has been involved with both home-made explosive material and vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices for use against Afghan and coalition security forces. (U.S. Army photo by Spc.
