The three Airmen are assigned to the 820th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers (RED HORSE), based at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Nev., which is constructing three playgrounds for the children of Suriname during the 2011 New Horizons training exercise. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian training exercise between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command with the goal of helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
