HALF MOON BAY, Calif. -- Petty Officer Third Class Maxwell Kaczmarek, an aviation survival technician stationed at Air Station San Francisco, uses a volunteer to demonstrate a hoist harness during a presentation for a commercial fishing boat safety class at Half Moon Bay Airport in Half Moon Bay, March 19, 2012.
