Army Sgt. 1st Class Jamava L. Williams, accounting analyst, 398th Financial Management Support Center, instructs four Soldiers from the 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) on how to navigate through the General Fund Enterprise System during Diamond Saber, an Army financial management exercise, Aug. 15, 2017, in Ft.
