Assessing the situation

Air Force 1st Lt. Jill Anderson, assessments analyst from AFOTEC Det. 4, speaks with Belize Defense Force Lt. Darius Ramos April 8, 2013, at the construction site of Crooked Tree Government Primary School. Anderson is charged with capturing the overall assessment of the New Horizons exercise. New Horizons is a training exercise providing medical and dental treatment as well as constructs needed structures, such as classrooms, throughout Belize.
