Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Nicholas Mertz, from North Little Rock, Ark., a member of Amphibious Construction Battalion 1, guides the Improved Navy Lighterage System Causeway Ferry 36 to dock with the dry cargo ship USNS PFC Dewayne T.
