CAL FIRE Capt. James Rauch briefs Fresno-based California National Guardsmen on safety considerations and areas to focus on before tackling acres of land targeted for fire fuels and debris clean up as part of Joint Task Force Rattlesnake near Friant, Oct. 22, 2019. CAL FIRE completed basic wildland firefighting training for service members of J.T.F.
