CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - U.S. Navy Capt. Ken Crowe, commanding officer of Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), joined by forward-deployed U.S. Coast Guard Sailors, Lt. Cmdr.
