Capt. Joe Sanganoo of Brainerd, Minn., commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion 194th Armor, receives his combat patch on Sept. 11. Soldiers from 1-194 AR (CAB) received their combat patches today to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the terrorist attacks while honoring and remembering those who perished and the families they left behind. The 1-194 AR (CAB) is part of the Minnesota based 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry “Red Bull” Division, deployed to Kuwait in support of Operation New Dawn, the final stage in post-combat operations in Iraq.
