HAYWARD, Calif. - Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer David Mosley, from Sector San Francisco's Incident Management Division located on Yerba Buena Island, speaks with a reporter, Wednesday, April 15, 2009, after responding to a fishing vessel that struck the San Mateo Bridge, 6 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2009. The crew from the Coast Guard Cutter Tern, homeported on Yerba Buena Island, rescued two of the crewmembers aboard the vessel, and the other climbed to safety after the bow of the boat became stuck under the bridge.
