CMSgt. Ramon Colon-Lopez, the Senior Enlisted Adviser to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the top enlisted position in the military visits Stuttgart Service Members, civilians and dependents at and All Hands Briefing on Patch Kaserne, Germany, Feb. 21, 2020.
