The Forward is on a scheduled deployment supporting the African Maritime Law Enforcement Partnership (AMLEP) mission, a branch of the Africa Partnership Station (APS), which conducts real-time and real-world operations with African navies in an effort to strengthen economic prosperity and increase maritime security on and off shore in West Africa.
