Col. Julianne LeFevre, incoming commander of the U.S. Army Reserve 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, accepts the unit colors from Maj. Gen. Eugene LeBoeuf, commanding general of the 79th Theater Support Command, headquartered in Los Alamitos, California, during a ceremony at Fort Sam Houston, Texas on Aug. 2 2019. LeFevre took command of the unit as Brig. Gen. Alex Fink, outgoing commander, moved on to an active duty assignment.
